职位介绍：1、Supervise team members to provide timely, accurate, fast and professional service to meet / exceed customer's expectations；
2、Improve team member's performance through guidance, communication and performance improvement plans；
3、Track team member's needs and solve their problems；
4、Coordinate and effort to ensure the turnaround time to meet / exceed customer expectations；
5、Keep work area and lab clean and in arrangement；
6、Support manager to train the team members；
7、Manage a good functioning, planning and quality of lab equipment；
8、Responsible for the purchase and control of consumables；
9、Support the team members to conduct testing according to relevant standards；
10、Collaborate with managers to develop new testing methods and/or procedures；
11、Set up new test equipment；
12、Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues；
13、Responsibility for ensuring safe working conditions of all testing staff；
14、Review and sign test result；
15、Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies, procedures and practices；
16、Good safety awareness on chemical hazard；
17、Accept education and training in production safety, be equipped with the knowledge of production safety necessary for your work, like dangerous agents, prevention measures and emergency procedures；
18、With the capacity to treat the emergency chemical spill occur；
19、Use appropriate PPE at work area, if and when required and be aware of: the risks appropriate PPE will control or minimize , report immediately in case the PPE is worn off or lost, maintenance and inspection arrangements of PPE；
20、Report hazards to HSE coordinator；
21、Familiar with escape map, be equipped with usage of extinguishers and some escape skills。
任职要求：1、Bachelor Degree or above；
2、 Above 3 years of lab working experience in related fields, at least 2 year testing experience；
3、A strong sense of responsibility with excellent work ethic；
4、Knowledge in chemical analysis；
5、English speaking and writing candidate will be favored；
6、Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel；
7、Fluent English and good communication skill；
8、Good time management；
9、Individual and Team work ethic；
10、Familiar with ISO/IEC17025 standard；
11、Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary)；
12、Good training skill for team members；
13、Well- organized and excellent-leadership；
14、Be familiar with relative standards。
