1、Familiar with testing method and principle；
2、Strictly follow testing method to conduct test and know about precautions；
3、Be able to operate equipment and solve troubleshooting；
4、Be able to operate instrument and perform data analysis；
5、In charge of new method development；
6、Update test method timely according to client’s specification and internal/national standard；
7、Take charge of customer complaint and quality issues；
8、Provide technical support for internal and external；
9、Check and supervise related testing procedure and test result；
10、Familiar with quality control system and apply to daily operation；
11、Training staffs when method updated；
12、Provide training to new staffs about equipment operation/maintenance and give guidance of analysis method；
13、Keep lab tidy and clean；
14、Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies, procedures and practices；
15、Good safety awareness on chemical hazard；
16、Accept education and training in production safety, be equipped with the knowledge of production safety necessary for your work, like dangerous agents, prevention measures and emergency procedures；
17、With the capacity to treat the emergency chemical spill occur；
18、Use appropriate PPE at work area, if and when required and be aware of: the risks appropriate PPE will control or minimize, report immediately in case the PPE is worn off or lost, maintenance and inspection arrangements of PPE；
19、Report hazards to HSE coordinator；
20、Familiar with escape map, be equipped with usage of extinguishers and some escape skills。
