职位介绍:1、Purpose of the position
Increase territory revenue & profitability for ESG & bulk gases through in depth understanding of customer & territory structure, competitive landscape, LLH’s products and value creation opportunities;
Make sure all business action and strategy in align with Linde Group Value, Safety and Quality related policies and in accordance with local government laws and regulations;
2、Principal responsibilities
Develop comprehensive account plans for customers to grow revenue & profitability in line with budget & sales targets;
Maximize sales at existing customer base of electronics accounts in all sectors, through building wide customer relationships (including purchasing, facilities and technical departments) and selling the whole product portfolio;
Maximize returns and long term security through effective Pricing & Contract management in line with agreed targets;
Work with Marketing & Business Development and REA territory sales force to identify new opportunities including Taiwanese customers for LLH ESG & bulk products;
Identify opportunities to penetration for selective market share gain from competitors;
Maximize customer satisfaction through continuous improvement plans as appropriate;
Act as primary point of contact with the customer for technical, quality & commercial issues;
Maintain accurate and up to date account records;
Manage territory & sales processes in line with Linde Pro principles and practices;
Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of gas business。

3、Required qualifications/experience

5 years of field sales and/or account management;
Bachelor’s degree required in sales, marketing, finance, or technical discipline;
Experience in Electronic industry & multinational company is a plus;
Self-motivated and must thrive on challenge;
Strong sales, time management and administrative skills;
Minimum of intermediate level computer skills (MS Office products) required;
Excellent Oral and written English。
